NKWAYE is a contemporary African art platform based in Accra, Ghana, offering original artworks and fine art prints created by our artists.
All artworks displayed on our website are original creations protected by copyright. When you purchase an original artwork, you acquire the physical piece, but the copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with the artist unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
For prints, you are purchasing a licensed reproduction. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork without explicit written permission from the artist and NKWAYE.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed securely through Paystack. By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
All products are shipped from Accra, Ghana. Delivery times vary based on your location:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
For prints, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
All original artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. This certificate includes details about the artwork, the artist's signature, and a unique identification number.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NKWAYE or its artists and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
NKWAYE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
