Nkwaye’s mixed media work grows out of curiosity and invention. He moves beyond paper and pigment, experimenting with wood, metal, found materials, and even the precision of watchmaking. These processes expand the mind, sharpen the hand, and open new ways of thinking about form.
Technology sits at the heart of this exploration. Each experiment is part of a larger belief: that Ghana can build its own tools, its own systems, its own future. Mixed-media becomes a space where craft, engineering, and imagination meet.
